External Iran – Visual Fragments

This short video is part of a continuing collection of visual fragments from the long-term documentary project External Iran.

Each film in this series isolates a single moment — a scene, a glance, a rhythm — drawn from the longer footage captured during the journey.

These fragments are not full narratives. They are pauses in time — observations, emotional echoes, or symbols of what was seen and felt.

They reflect the atmosphere of the journey: sometimes silent, sometimes strange, often intimate — and always real.

Production notes:

  • Selected scenes from the original film footage

  • No scripted structure — only visual presence

  • Shot across various regions of Iran

  • Emotionally driven, observational in tone

This series invites viewers to slow down and experience fleeting pieces of a much larger story — one that continues to unfold.
