Jirsar-e Baqer Khaleh is a village in the Chukam District of Khomam County, located in Gilan Province, Iran.

The village is situated in the Chukam Rural District. According to the 2006 census conducted by the Statistical Center of Iran, its population was 905 people, comprising 223 families.

In the Gilaki language, the word “Jir” means “below,” “lower,” or “downstream.” The suffix “Sar”, which appears at the end of many village names, means “place” or “site.” Therefore, “Jirsar” can be interpreted as “a place located lower down” or “downstream settlement.”
