Iranian Women
Iranian Women
Throughout this journey, I encountered women who rose from the mountains, plains, seas, soil, bazaars, and homes. Each one reflected a different face of my homeland—sometimes in colorful veils, sometimes with hair swept by the wind, sometimes in silence, and sometimes in laughter.
Women who carried history on their shoulders—quiet, yet unshaken.
Women raising children, tilling the land, taking photographs, laughing, or simply being— and that being was enough.
There was something in their eyes—of pain, of beauty, of awakening.
To me, these frames are not just images; they are acts of reverence—wordless hymns for women who remain unnamed, yet stand as the pillars of this land.
